Do you really return the refundable deposit.
I have called so many times regarding my deposit and they tell me that I already received it and keep transferring me to someone who is never available and keeps going to voice message.
why dont you run a loyal and good business.. why do companies like yours cheat people and not return their refundable deposit.
reservations people always pick up the phone but refunds is always going only to
message...
